A Typical School Day
School runs 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, and 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM on Wednesdays. 7th and 8th grade follow the same daily schedule.

Wednesday Early Release Schedule
Every Wednesday, students go home at 1:30 PM so teachers can meet in professional learning communities (PLCs).

Breakfast After the Bell
All students at Mt. Adams Middle School are provided free breakfast from 8:00 to 8:45 AM daily. Students can stay in the cafeteria until 8:45 to finish breakfast as needed, and students who arrive after 8:30 can still go to the cafeteria to get breakfast.
What Your Student Learns Each Day
- Specials: Classes with specialist teachers to start the day.
- Core classes: Students rotate through their core subject classes during the day.
- History/Social Studies: A daily class for every student.
- WINN (What I Need): Extra time for each student to get help or a challenge, based on what they need.
- Charger Connection and Exploratory: Daily time built into every student's schedule.
