Excusing Student Absences

Parents

The following email addresses are available to use when excusing your student's absences.

Use whiteswanabsent@masd209.org to excuse high school student absences or call the high school office at (509) 874-8626.

Use harrahabsent@masd209.org to excuse elementary and middle school student absences or call the Harrah campus office at (509) 848-2935.

You can also send a note with your student to the school building office they attend to excuse their absence(s).

Remember, you have 5 days after the absence to excuse it or it becomes permanently unexcused.  Unexcused absences start the truancy process.
